Summary: Jaegi, a Korean-American K-pop star, once lived the dream of every aspiring artist. At just 15, he left Los Angeles for Seoul, where he trained relentlessly and eventually became the leader of the world-famous K-pop group, Angels & Demons. But after years of touring and strict management, the passion that once fueled his love for music has all but vanished.
During a tour stop in his hometown, Jaegi sneaks away to a local hip hop club, a place that reminds him of his early love for music. There, he reconnects with the raw, unfiltered hip hop sound that once inspired him. This chance encounter reignites his creative spirit, prompting him to secretly collaborate with old friends in the U.S. music scene. But as Jaegi pours his soul into this new project, he begins to drift away from his bandmates, the very people who supported him on his journey to stardom.
As his solo project gains momentum, Jaegi faces a critical choice when a financial scandal threatens to dismantle his K-pop group and its management. Torn between pursuing his solo ambitions and staying loyal to his band, Jaegi must decide where his true priorities lie. Ultimately, he chooses to return to his bandmates, leveraging his newfound passion and U.S. connections to help rebuild their careers from the ground up, proving that true success comes from collaboration and mutual support.
