Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your order. Our standard cancellation policy allows for cancellations within 48 hours of payment being made, subject to a 10% processing fee. After this period, cancellations can only be made before the product or service is delivered, incurring a 30% processing fee. Please note that no cancellations can be accepted after the delivery has taken place. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
